NO REFUNDS-RETURNS on SPECIAL ORDER items, Leather Hides, or MATERIALS CUT to your request, including but not limited to Upholstery Cloths & Fabrics, Upholstery Vinyls, Carpet, Hull Liner, Head Liner Material, Suede, Trims, Seals, Weatherstripping, Rubber Products, or Foam. Basically any material that we have to cut from a roll for your order OR Special Order.
 
We hope we have provided enough information for an informed purchasing decision. We offer SAMPLES from most of our products, upon request. This can help you can be sure of color, shade, size, etc.
 
IF there is a mistake made by our company in filling your order, we will correct it on a case by case basis, and try to accommodate our customers as best we can.

Our Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products.  We DO NOT Ship OUTSIDE the USA.

When you place an order, an estimate for shipping and delivery by UPS or USPS, for your order will be based on State, City, and Zip Code entered.  UPS across the USA takes approx. 5 Business Days, without weather issues. USPS Priority Mail takes approx. 3 Days

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are Weight and Length based. The weight and Length of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
